As well as being an experienced counsellor, mentor and spiritual director, I am able to offer professional supervision to those working with clients in a range of therapeutic, health and social care settings. My supervision training derives from the Centre for Supervision and Team Development, and several years of practice with a range of ministers and counsellors. My style is to focus on the process of your intervention with clients, in a way that enables you to explore at a much deeper level how the relationship is working, develop insights into what is happening with the client, and help you find ways through situation in which you feel 'stuck'.

Supervision is available on a face-to-face basis, at any mutually convenient location (including your workplace) or here in Keswick. I can also provide telephone-based supervision - although an initial meeting is usually desirable to establish the contract.

From time-to-time I am available to facilitate group supervision sessions on a one-off or regular basis. This facility is often used by staff teams seeking additional support in their work together.
